I just came back from a week at the beach, living in a mobile-home and eating out a lot.

I enjoyed myself like crazy, I walked and swam a lot (a lot!), kept with my crunches regiment and ate what I wanted, when I wanted.
The nice thing about dieting? I didn’t feel the need to eat a lot of junk food and cakes like my nephews. I had a couple ice-creams, had a burger and fries once, spread Nutella on bread for breakfast, had a croissant, some cakes, way too much rice and pasta…
I didn’t gain any weight, I actually lost some.
It’s reassuring, since I’m only just reintroducing ‘normal’ food into my diet. As long as I stay active, as long as I don’t go crazy on some food but eat in moderation, in 10month (that’s the duration of my Consolidation phase) I’ll have re-learnt how to eat reasonably, even when faced with sugary things.
So good news!
Plus I came out to my sister as pan, and had the guts to sing ‘I kissed a girl’ by Katie Perry during the camp Karaoke night and I, apparently, killed it :D, so a really good week for me.
How was yours?
